Here some concrete examples of situations you might encounter at work
(and which you'd need my help for):
Trauma: More than your system can cope with

Burn-out: When your body and mind say Stop
You experience a chronic fatigue for some time and that seems not to recover despite of rest or holiday. Headache, digestive issues, menstrual problems or palpitations are your daily companions.
Mentally, you are also carrying a burden: Brain fog, concentration difficulties or cynicism. Thinking about a simple and common task to do feels like having to solve a complex mathematical equation with 10 variables.
Everything is just too much. You feel overwhelmed and nothing seems to bring you joy any more.
Anxiety, loss of confidence or fear. Anger, sadness or guilt. Sometimes, none of all these emotions. Just a big hole.
All that has slightly taken over your mission, your productivity and your social life. And eventually over your health.
That came slightly and you feel lost.
The way to cope to all this? Isolation, new to-do-lists, vitamins, pills ore maybe more. And… hiding. Especially to yourself.
You’re under a somatic doctor’s care and that is a great thing. But now you feel you need help for your mind and emotions, too.
"Always the same old story" that hinders your life
You constantly experience the same frustrating situation with a specific colleague or a superior in some key moments such as meetings or delicate discussions.
Every time you try to make your point of view heard or to ask for something (more time, money, help, limits, etc.), words fail or stuck. You get sweaty hands and your heart starts to race. Your breath gets short or even – you hold it.
To avoid all this, you eventually assume an attitude of submission. That means, you ignore your needs.
And that makes you sad, but also angry.
Sometimes you feel stupid, incompetent and diminished. to find yourself in this situation. You feel you are not worth your position – when in reality you love it!
Of course, you could avoid this kind of situation. You could change job or team, or move to another city. But the problem is that… moving or avoiding won’t change anything, as this kind of situation seems to occur anywhere, regardless of job, team or living place.
And that feels hindering in all areas of your life.
Now you want to solve this problem once and for all, in order to live your mission at work and feel confident all along the line.

"Why don't I belong here any more?"
You sit at the meeting table and think to yourself: “What the Hell am I doing here?”
You sigh and look around: Your colleagues smile or are all focused on their notes. They all look busy but at the same time enthusiastic. Just like you once was.
Passionate and joyful, and eager to get up in the morning to accomplish your mission. Feeling a sense of belonging for your dream job and your team.
You take a look outside: Leaves are falling, the wind is blowing – outside and inside your heart and mind.
To distract you, you smile at your colleague sitting in front of you: She smiles back and invites you to refill your coffee cup before the meeting. You obey, almost moved by an automatic gesture.
And as your boss rushes in, slams the door and exclaims: “So guys, let’s get started, we have no time to lose!”, you gulp down your coffee and start scribble on your paper notepad in order to let off steam.
And swear to yourself that you’ll do anything to find back to a connection to your mission.
"I need something that pumps me up, or helps me to relax"
You are sometimes having a hard time at work and then need something to boost your energy, to better concentrate, to decompress or to sleep.
Physical activity helps and talking to friends or colleagues is beneficial, too.
But you often need more than that, so you have recently started resorting to some external substances such as alcohol, caffeine, sugar, illegal drugs or pills to compensate your discomfort.
Or then you have chosen to counterbalance it by a specific behaviour: Buying objects, gambling or playing video games, for example.
All that effectively provides you with relief, but unfortunately the effect is temporary.
By good fortune, you don’t need these surrogates to survive every day: You use them only occasionally, so you (feel you) still have the control over them.
Yet, how much longer?
(because, to be frank, you gradually observe that things start to become uncomfortable, slowly spiralling out of control)

"I feel I need help, but I don't even know why"
You have gone through the whole content of this website and have finally ended to this section.
Something pushed you to do so, as something in you recognises itself with the profiles and situations described all along this website. However, you cannot clearly tell why.
In fact, on the one hand, you feel a deep dissatisfaction at work and that is having a strong, negative impact on your performance as well as on your everyday life.
Your mood is often low, or frequently angry. A kind of existential fog.
You feel bored, frustrated or sad, and your motivation is sometimes at rock bottom, having the impression that you don’t deserve what you have achieved: Your position, your salary and the chance you have.
Of course, you don’t dare to talk to anyone about this, because “Why should I complain?”
On the other hand, all this is not always tangible: You get up and go to work, that’s it. After all, you like it.
But a slight sensation of loss of meaning grows inside you and gets bigger every day. The feeling that you are missing something in life.
And that concerns you.
Therefore, you’d like to understand what is going on with you. And ideally solve it, to get back on track and soon find back to balance as well as to your mission.
